The game is NOT a gambling site! Anyone from family members to office workers can play this game without risking money week after week. The web versions of our games are free to sign up & play. The iOS apps are created as a convenience and sold for $.99 cents. The iOS apps are the only regular source of income we have for the thousands of hours we've spend developing and supporting our games. You can sign up at any point in the 2017 season.
There are 2 steps to playing this game:
1. Predict the winner of each matchup (touching the winning team icon)
2. Arrange all matchups in a "Confidence Order" list (touch & move the matchups up/down the list in descending order from most sure to least sure)
After the user picks the winning team from each matchup, they need to arrange them in a "Confidence Order". For example, in a week with 16 games, the pick that the user is most sure about will be worth 16 points, next 15, 14, and so on until the pick that the user is least sure about will only be worth 1 point. The user can gain or lose those points based on whether their prediction is correct or not. In a 16 game week, the maximum number of points that can be gained or lost is 136. Every user wagers the same number of points.
Each user can create their own team of up to 10 players. Each user can belong to 5 teams total. One of their own creation and 4 that were created by other users. Each team can be selected and viewed within the app.
Signup is quick. All that is required is a user name, password, and email address (for verification and password reset).
