Polygons - Easy Math Fun
What is a dodecagon? What do you call a polygon with 7 sides? What are the interior and exterior angles of my polygon? Answer these questions and more with Polygons, a geometry assistance application for you or your kids who want a head start or just to get ahead of the class.

You can browse shapes visually by increasing and decreasing the number of sides, or by a scrollable list, choosing the number of sides then seeing the polygon and it's angles.

From the information screen, you can read "Fast Facts" about geometry and polygons. Did you know there was such a thing as a 1-sided or 2-sided polygon?

This app isn't just a reference, but has iPod Touch and iPhone features like drag (move the polygons around the screen, double tap to go back to center) and shake (pick random polygons by shaking the device) with sound and vibration feedback!

As an unintended consequence, I've found this app also keeps my 5 year old entertained and occupied for hours. If you have young children around and want some extra time, this app is also for you.

Please to e-mail us at suggestion@customwebapp.com for any enhancement request or new feature idea. Tell us what you'd like to see, and let us make you even happier.

* FREE LIFETIME UPDATES *

As a proud Polygons owner, you are entitled to FREE updates every time we add new features. We've got some great stuff coming your way, so download this app now and let the fun begin!

Polygons. Good clean math fun, with iPhone & iPod Touch features.

What's new in Version 1.5
1. Polygons now only move around the screen if you pick them up by dragging the polygon itself. (Previously, accidental screen touches moved the polygon.)
2. Added 1 and 2 sided polygons. (Yes, they exist!)
3. Plus/Minus buttons are disabled when you reach the upper or lower limits.
4. When you "shake" for a random shape, you now also get sound feedback (iPod Touch requires headphones for sound) as well as vibration feedback (only iPhones support vibration.)
5. Added a new "List View".  You can switch back and forth between names and shapes.
6. Added better formatting to the "Fast Facts" page.
