Live TrailBlazer Tracking Service

Welcome to TrailBlazer Pro and the Tracking Service allowing you to track the location of those most important to you.

Follow the progress of friends on a fun-run, monitor your family member's evening walk using your iPhone or a web browser on your Mac, PC, or iPad.

Getting Started - just 3 steps!

1) Register for the TrailBlazer Tracking Service - in-app or at http://www.trailblazertracking.com. Get your friends to register too - it's simple and you only need to provide your name and a valid email address.

2) Add your friends TrailBlazer Tracking account email into the "Who I can Track" and "Who can track me" lists.

3) Just one more step to start the process: select "Allow others to track me", or "Begin tracking others" from the Map page of TrailBlazer Pro.

That's it! Their locations will now be visible on your Map in TrailBlazer Pro and update live!

Here's how it works:

a) Your friend is bragging about his recent running time.

b) The run was recorded with Trailblazer Pro so a quick direct transfer of his recorded run to your iPhone and you're good to go. If you received a trailblazer file by email just use a web browser to upload it to your iPhone.

c) You're determined to beat his time. During your run, TrailBlazer Pro shows you, every step of the way, whether you are leading or trailing your friend's run. It even shows you on the map exactly where your friend was at the corresponding time of their run!

d) Initially TrailBlazer Pro shows that you are trailing your friend so you start to pick up the pace and manage to lead your friend. Audio notifications let you know when you hit the front without you having to look at your iPhone. You manage to hold him off to the finish line.

e) You email your friend the Google Earth file from your run. Bragging rights are yours. At least, for a while......

INTERRUPTIONS? NO WORRIES.
If your TrailBlazer recording is interrupted by that important phone call, TrailBlazer will let you resume where you left off without missing a beat!

iOS 4 Update: When running on iOS4, TrailBlazer will continue recording your location even when you press the home button on your iPhone, or a phone call comes in. Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
