It was a tiny hole in the Hazmat suit that did it. You had no idea it was there and couldn’t have known that, as you left the lab, you were carrying something so dangerous that it could wipe out the earth’s population in a very short period of time. Although it was unintentional, you unleashed a deadly virus that was quickly plaguing the continent.

You can scarcely believe it happened. It seems like a movie you saw once. Amidst the tragedy though, there is one chance to save the human race and you’re it. Luckily, you seem to have immunity from the virus. You’ve worked with the strain and know its habits, so it’s up to you to find the little viruses and Smash’em all. It’s the only way to save the planet and relieve yourself of the guilt. This is the first time you’ve regretted becoming a scientist.

Knowing how much the planet needs you and with no time to lose, you whip open your Smash’em app and start playing. To be safe, you don your special work gloves to move around the screen and squash all those vile viruses. Thanks to the touchscreen controls, you move quickly to exterminate as many as you can. Yes, the work is serious but who knew that saving the world population could be so much fun? Look at that! You even made it to “Great Finga” status. You’re good.

Don’t relax once you’ve finished the first level because there are plenty of other viruses on an infinite number of levels. Face it; this may be your life’s work from now on. You’ll have to stay alert though. Viruses can be tricky things. They may mutate or require a different tactic. Fortunately, the Smash’em all interface equips you with a timed powerups for the war against plague. Learn them. Use them.
