This app was developed by a music educator with 10+ years in the classroom as well as 20+ years as a professional musician.
The Musical Terms Flashcard Learning Set is a pro-active learning tool for musicians seeking to broaden their knowledge. Targeted for students from middle school through college, the Musical Terms Flashcard Learning Set will be boost to the overall music education endeavor.
The card deck consists of over 140 musical terms and definitions. Terms and definitions in this initial release were selected with input from music educators at all levels as well as working professional musicians.
More than just a set of static flash cards, the card deck is dynamic in that the student can shuffle cards off that are Mastered as well as remove cards from the deck that are not needed.
In the Quiz mode, terms are randomly presented to the student with four (4) seeming related answers, only one of which is correct.
- By forcing the student to commit to an answer, their knowledge of the musical terms can be solidified.
- The student receives immediate audible and visual feedback to further reinforce the learning process.
- A running percentage score is kept during the entire quiz session.
Additional terms will be added in coming updates ensuring the challenge of learning will continue.

What's new in Version 1.1
Cleaned up card movement in the Terms view so only the card area moves, not the navigation bar on the bottom. Purely a cosmetic change.
