Instructions:
* Tap the '+' button to create a new list (if on iPad, rotate horizontally first).
* Tap the '+' button to add items to your list.
* When an item is selected and a checkmark appears next to it, the item is automatically added to your list.
* To email your list, tap the compose button
* To print your list tap the action button (if printing is available on your device)
* To delete items or lists, tap the 'edit' button, then the delete button
* To reorder items or lists, tap the edit button, hold down the right side of the row you would like to move, and drag it to it's new destination.
