Symple - Symptom Tracker & Health Diary
**Note: Version 2.1.6 is an update for existing users, and why our free app is currently not free! If you are new to Symple, please come back in one week, when we will return to our free version. Thank you!**

Symple is the easiest way to monitor the ebb & flow of your symptoms over long periods of time. Designed by both patients and doctors, Symple delivers an uplifting experience when you need it most.

• track up to 10 symptoms at a time, in just seconds a day
• track up to 10 factors that influence how you feel
• import steps, sleep & heart rate data from Apple's Health App directly into factors
• choose from our list of symptoms & factors or create your very own!
• snap up to 4 photos per day (or 10 with upgrade)
• rotate iPhone to landscape to view interactive graphs
• share an overview with your doctor
• export data to your favorite spreadsheet app

"True to its name, Symple is a simple app with an elegant interface." - Men's Health
"The beauty behind Symple is the quick data capture and the ability to track your symptoms in your words, not just by a score." - Macworld
"This is so brilliant...This is the kind of data that your doctor can never get from you." - Fox and Friends
"If you’re experiencing symptoms but don’t know why, try the Symple solution." - Healthline Best Healthy Lifestyle iPhone Apps of 2016

UPGRADE for these fine features:

1. enrich your data with daily journal entries, and
2. track unlimited symptoms, and
3. track unlimited factors, and
4. view longer graphing intervals, and
5. secure your data with passcode protection

Like a thermometer in your medicine cabinet, Symple captures important information about your health. There when you need it, and out of the way when you don't, Symple makes remembering and reporting symptoms, well, simple.

What's new in Version 2.1.6

"When the cat stumbles, it's best
Not to notice it."

Happy spring or welcome autumn! This update haiku is not my own. And sadly, I can not attribute it to the author who so perfectly evokes dignity and deserves to be credited. Please email me through our in-app feedback link, if you have a lead on the author.

Anyway, in this version, we introduce our all new Symptom Detail feature. Access it by touching any symptom name. There's lots to see and do here: tap or swipe the graph to bring an interesting day into view. Then check out the factors, Health data and journal entries for that day.

Perhaps you will only look at difficult days, in an attempt to identify triggers for a particular symptom.

But we encourage you to LOOK FOR THE GOOD too! Check out the days when things went well, when you felt good and strong. What did you do on those days? Figure that out and THEN DO MORE GOOD THINGS. All too often, by trying to avoid the negative, the triggers, we actually end up focusing on them, almost inviting them into our lives (Yes, some things we can't and must not avoid. For me, it was certain meds. But rather than dwelling on those unpleasant but necessary factors, we might turn our attention to amplifying those that we can control and that bring good).

With this build, and all future builds, we turn our attention to bringing positivity into the Symple experience. “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” - from The Summer Day by Mary Oliver (this one I **can** attribute...to one of my fav poets).
