Systematic - Set goals, track time & build habits
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."
Aristotle

-= Systematic is a unique self-tracking tool that analyses your activities and suggests when and for how long perform your tasks in order to live a productive and well-balanced life =-

It helps in:

- achieving the desired level of excellence & developing skills
- beating procrastination habits
- keeping track of time spent on different activities
- advancing to a more balanced & fulfilled life

-= Systematic is not another productivity to-do app or a calendar. Our novel algorithm gives you real feedback on your actions =-

It’s indeed true that juggling between a few projects at the same time is not an easy feat, especially if you are fully tied down with an employment.
Having many hobbies and multidisciplinary interests can be hard to master, especially when you're not sure what to start with.
This app keeps track of your tasks and focuses your attention on tasks that need it the most.

-= Systematic is dedicated for people in control. People who can afford the decision of doing what they want the most =-

How to use it:

Simply add the tasks you’d like to do over some period of time.

You can choose between cycle options:

- Once (no cycle at all)
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly

Set how much time you’d like to spend on that particular task, and voilà.
From now on the tasks which are being neglected will be pushed to the top of the list, so that you know what to do next in order to keep up with your goals. The redder the colour of the icon is, the less time you have to complete the task.

Additionally you can also:

---- Set an Endline ----
Endline is just a fancy name for "deadline" when the tasks are cycled.
**Note, that tasks cycle forever, unless the cycle type is set to "Once" or deleted**

---- Set Repeats ----
The default value of Repeats is 1 and it works perfectly for tasks which can be interrupted (like reading books, studying, blog posting)
Values different than one are useful when the task takes a known fixed amount of time per repetition (like going to the gym, p90x)
**Note, do not confuse Repeats with cycle types. For example you can cycle a task daily, but repeat it many times during the same day**

---- View History ----
You can view all your logs and statistics by making a long press on the task.
If you wish you can also remove any of the old logs by making a swipe gesture and pressing 'Delete'

Other features:

App includes a "Daily Workload Indicator" which by use of colourful diodes indicates, how much hours on average are required daily to get things done.

Streaks feature allows you to see your combos directly on the task cell. You can “sparktweet” and share with your twitter followers your performance. Additionally it is possible to get raw data from iTunes, by going to 'Apps' on your iOS device and selecting Systematic app. In the list you'll find a file called Statistics.csv. A brilliant tool for Quantified Self community!
