I'm always keeping this app concise and easy to use. It is just a bridge to connect your iPhone/iPad and computer. All photos and videos are saved in your system album and your computer. So it is safe and won't lost even if you accidentally delete this app. What's more, it won't increase space for not keeping any copy.

According to feedback, I have found that this app was not compatible to all web browsers. The best experience is on Chrome/Safari/Firefox. If using IE, it needs 8.0+. Others may occur bugs, such as IE 7 on Vista, IE 6 on XP. Also, some configuration on web browser may result in bugs, for example it disabled javascript.

Actually, those are rare cases. If you find it not works on your PC accidentally, PLEASE EMAIL ME so that I can try to resolve it. If you just report it on the app review, I have nothing to do with it.
