With GeoLiveBook share your location automatically and easily with your friends whilst traveling or simply moving around in your daily life.

When you decide to share some level of information on your location, this only happens when you move significantly (>500m).

All you need to do is enable GeoLiveBook with your contacts, then you can start sharing. Your phone number is your user id!.

You choose the level of detail you want to share:
- Country
- City
- Address
- Exact GPS location

You can also choose to share your location :
- Automatically each time you move significantly
- Manually when you wish to do so

You can disable automatic sharing anytime you like and protect your privacy.

GeoLiveBook is a secure service:
- All our subscribers phone numbers are verified by SMS when running the application for the first time.
- Encryption protocol SSL is used to transport location data from one device to the other.

** You do not need to copy / paste codes to activate the service.
** You do not need to add your friends, GeoLiveBook uses your address book
** No need to look for your friends on a map, you see your location in textual form, in the style of your address book.
** Your battery is preserved with motion detection using GSM triangulation. GPS is only activated for few seconds when significant motion is detected (>500m).

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. However GeoLiveBook does not use your GPS continuously, but only when the phone detects a significant move (>500m).
