Pause button has been repositioned to prevent pressing it accidentally.
Several minor bugfixes including:
*Results of QuickRoll weren't always honest.
*Rush rings would disappear if playing Story Mode right after the China challenge.
*Achievements are processed every time a notable action is accomplished in case the player wasn't logged into GameCenter the first time.
