Plan your training sessions by adding an unlimited number of exercises, specifying sets and reps. Choose which muscles you want to train and with which exercises, there is a wealth of choices: you can choose from over 90 exercises specifically designed to train biceps, chest muscles, abs and so on.
Each and every exercise has a very detailed description, which shows the movements to be performed for an optimal workout.

And that's not all! We all know that exercising is not just a matter of fun, we also get very satisfied by the progress, especially when we start seeing the first results.
