Credit: The M51 Whirlpool galaxy photography is shot by Adam Kohorn using iPhone 13 Pro.

A simple and convenient app for astrophotography. It has 3 main commonly used tasks

1. To take photo of the night sky in RAW format.
2. To take video of the night sky. It is useful further processing on laptop or app such as VideoStack.
3. To stack live frame of the night sky. It saves to TIFF format.

All above 3 tasks has auto focusing for stars. Tap the center of the screen to activate auto focusing. You can also adjust the ISO, Expousre, Focus and White Balance manually before starting the tasks.

https://youtu.be/GY5q7bp8r88

How it works?
1. Point device at the night sky.
2. Select task from 1. Long exposure 2. Photo 3. Video
2. Adjust the camera setting e.g. ISO, Exposure, Focus and White Balance.
3. Tap Start button.
4. Adjust the MTF slider for brightness during stack task.
5. Tap Stop and it will automatically save in gallery.

Recommendation:
It is good to save a short video and do a live stacking. Having a video give you the flexibility and repeatability to stack the video frame at home on your laptop/phone with different software. A short live stacking gives you an expected image quality for the current sky conditions. A RAW photo of the sky may give you more details than a JPEG photo.

Note:

- You can switch camera by tapping the CAM1 button.
- The long exposure mode comes with auto align and stack.
