This is an iOS7 (or higher) app! In iOS7 Apple's dock bar became a translucent rectangle... because of this, we are able to add graphics behind the dock that create a colored effect for your dock bar (as pictured in the screenshots below). The way we do this is by adding your colored/customized graphic "dock bar" ontop of the image you would currently use as your wallpaper to create the colored dock illusion! You then save this new image the app creates as your home screen wallpaper in device settings and AMAZE all of your friends with your colored dock bar! It's INCREDIBLE!
