Baby Care Logbook
Baby Care application enables you to keep a track of essentials as well as plan purchases for your new-born babies. An Items checklist sheet has been provided along with various sheets for recording the feeding and sleeping habits of your baby. A Vaccination Record has also been included.
The Baby Items sheet provides a checkmark feature to help you remember the essential things that are needed to be purchased for the baby. The items have been categorized into three main categories of: General Baby Care, Feeding and Sleeping. Provision has also been made for you to add any additional information in the Notes section.
The Feeding and Sleeping Record sheets help you keep comprehensive logs about the feeding and sleeping habits of your baby.
The Vaccination Record sheet allows you to keep the vaccination history of your baby. The administered vaccines can be recorded along with the date and your baby's age. The checkmark feature helps to quickly differentiate between the administered vaccines and the vaccines that need to be given in the future.
A Feeding tracker have been provided along with feeding bottle guidelines and daily schedule log. Using the Feeding Tracker sheet you can keep a comprehensive log of your baby's feed. Simply add date, time and food details in the log.
Daily Schedule sheet allows you to plan and organize the various meals for your baby.
Infant Formula Guidelines sheet will help you prepare a formula for your baby. Recommendations have been provided based on the guidelines.
The Weekly Symptom Tracker provides a means to record your baby's symptoms on a weekly basis. It can be used to initially keep a track of your baby's symptoms before medical attention is given. It helps summarize the symptoms quickly and may be beneficial to your paediatrician for the diagnosis. The sheet can also be used to keep a track of the health progress over time after the medical attention has been sought.
The Medication Log sheet allows you to keep a comprehensive medical record of your baby. You can add the symptoms and the on going treatment (if any) on a daily basis. You can also add the date for your next appointment in the Next Due column.
The Diet Plan helps you plan the diet of your baby. It is beneficial in case the baby is supposed to follow a certain diet for the time being or some dietary restrictions have been imposed by the doctor.
