For all these issues, the Future Weight app was developed! The app shows the expected decrease of your weight while dieting over the next few hours / days / weeks. Based on the average loss of 1.5 pounds per person per day of dieting, the app calculates your future weight. With a loss of 1.5 oz per day of dieting a weight loss of 0.1 lbs, the smallest unit on your bathroom scale, can be achieved every 1:36 hours. This course of weight loss in 0.1 lbs or 1:36 hour increments was projected by the Future Weight app based on your last recorded weight. The app Future Weight help you keep up your motivation while dieting by motivating you to with small rewards in the app for each 0.1 lb step reached. What's more, by staying focused on what your weight will be in the next few hours or days the motivation to lose weight and stick to the diet is reinforced. Tip: Don't set the target / desired weight too far from your current weight, the best target weight is the closest one to your current weight, the next lowest pound or the next .9 or .0 lb mark, this makes losing weight easier and the close and attainable goal keeps your confidence up. (You can always change the target weight in the app when you want and try out different target weights to get information on the achievement of near or distant target weights). In addition, by constantly re-weighing and having current information as to when and on what day and at what hour you will reach your target, keep you motivated to stay on your Diet, and strengthen your will power to avoid temptations. Most diets eventually fail, because you feel like you're struggling alone and that the target weight is beyond your reach maintaining the diet for longer periods is difficult. The Future Weight app is designed to help you by constantly giving you the motivation to get the next medal for the next 0.1 lb loss yo achieve or enable you to reach a more ambitious weight loss target and achieve the desired weight loss faster.
