Do not modify the encrypted/ protected data on your iOS address book! Changing this data will prevent ContactShield from decrypting (unlocking) it. Modifying or adding a non encrypted text is OK.

How does it work?
==============
Tapping on ContactShield’s lock icon simply protects (encrypts) the data on your built-in address books, not on ContactShield. At launch, ContactShield reads your address book and decrypts (unlocks) the relevant data. Your built-in address books stay protected at all times.

Because ContactShield makes the contact data available for use in a non-encrypted format, access to ContactShield itself is protected by a Touch ID or password. Even if your address books (mobile device or cloud server) are compromised, you are safe. The data you selected to protect is secured with an AES 256-bit encryption algorithm so that your cloud and iOS data will both be protected.
